Saka Dawa prayer held in Rikon

The Tibetan Community in Switzerland & Liechtenstein observed the Saka Dawa prayers in Rikon Gompa on 4th June 2012.

The prayers were led by the Abbot of Rikon Gompa and the monks who had arranged the altar for this occasion. The prayers were also meant for all our countrymen and women in Tibet  and especially for those who are sacrifying their lives for their country and people.

The TCSL sections of Turbenthal and Zurich organized the teas and Dresil during the prayer session and offered a nice vegetarian food for lunch to all who came and took a day off from work.
