THE TIBETAN NEW GENERATION ASSOCIATION SWITZERLAND ORGANISED LOSAR VIGIL

Over 500 Tibetans all the way from the city of Zurich up to the Chinese consulate marched peacefully in solidarity with the recent self-immolation of Tibetan brethren's and and against the heightened security measures and military clampdown in Tibet by China's harsh policies.

The peaceful protest was followed by prayers led by the Rev. Khen Rinpoche from Rikon buddhist instititute in Switzerland. In keeping with the peacefull protest two big gas ballon carrying the messages "Stop killing in Tibet" "free Tibet" "Allow to return H.H. The Dalai Lama back to Tibet" "Reunion of tibetans in and out side in Tibet" and the Tibetan National Flag was sent in afloat up the sky in front of the chinese consulate after the speech of the association president.
