Tibetan School, Wädenswil participated in workshop

On 01.09.2012 the Tibetan school, Wädenswil with 10 students took part in Workshop organized by Tibet Institute Rikon. The topic was on compassion. The Abbot and the monks explained briefly on the gist of Buddha of compassion (Chenresig) and on the related religious objects such as Stupa , Om Mani Padme Hum , Rosary etc. They emphasized more on “How to cultivate and practice Nyingche in day to day life with variety of practical examples.”

With questions and answers session ended the whole day workshop. The students returned home giving a positive feedback to the organizer.

Such kind of program serves as a stepping stone for our children or youngsters to learn and know about Buddhism.
